Northside Division Of MIBOR Awards....

Each year the Northside Division of MIBOR awards individuals from its membership for their outstanding service, achievements and contributions within our community. Nomination forms are downloadable near the bottom of this page. 

REALTOR® of the Year Award....
This award is presented annually, in December, at the Northside Divisions' Holiday Party. It is presented to a REALTOR® member who has made outstanding volunteer contributions to the Division and to MIBOR during the current year. The candidate should exhibit professionalism and success in the areas of real estate, Division, and Board activities. Service to the real estate industry should be condsidered a higher priority than productivity. Current officers are not eligible. Nominations can be MIBOR Division Nominations or At-Large Nominations.

Affiliate of the Year Award....
This award is presented annually, in December, at the Northside Divisions' Holiday Party. It is presented to an Affilite member who has made outstanding volunteer contributions to the Division and to MIBOR during the current year. The candidate should exhibit professionalism and success in the areas of real estate, Division, and Board activities. Service to the real estate industry should be condsidered a higher priority than productivity. Current officers are not eligible. Nominations can be MIBOR Division Nominations or At-Large Nominations.

Bud Tucker Community Service Award....
This award is presented annually, at The Ball, to a MIBOR member (REALTOR® or Affiliate) who has made a direct impact on the community outside of real estate, helping to build a positive image for the real estate industry. All nominations from Northside Division will be At-Large Nominations and will go directly to MIBOR for consideration.

Distinguished Service Award....
This award is presented annually, at The Ball, to a MIBOR member (REALTOR® or Affiliate) who has made a direct impact on MIBOR's success and to the real estate industry. This award recognizes career achievement and is not necessarily given on an annual basis, but may be given to more than one individual in a given year. All nominations from Northside Division will be At-Large Nominations and will go directly to MIBOR for consideration.
